When We Pray
We are not a people without hope.
What do you think would happen if we dropped all pretense and asked God to move mightily in our midst?
Living waters overflowing in the midst of us individually and corporately.
People will be set free.
Chains dropped, lives changed.
Open your heart and your mouth to receive the possibility.
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.
I am redeemed.
I am redeemed from the mess I see.
The hopelessness of desperation and despair.
My God is able.
My God is well able to do exactly as He has promised.
To provide, to heal, to create something when there is nothing
visible to the naked eye.
To clothe our eyes of understanding with wholeness.
To enable us to see by faith the beauty and wonder of His majesty.
Holy Spirit you are so welcome here.
Abide.
Never leave.
As you have promised, even now, let it be.
In Jesus name.
Amen
